All rounds are home and home, total aggregate goals over both games wins the series. If total goals are tied after two
games, two 15-minute FIFA overtimes will be played (no golden goal), followed by
penalty kicks.
After first round, teams will be re-seeded from 1 to 4 based on regular season record.
