The Riverhounds earned their first win over state rival Harrisburg, 2-0, improving to 3-2-5, while the City Islanders drop to 4-5-2, in the USLD2.
The hounds took a 1-0 lead in the 5th minute after David Flavius converted on a corner kick by Cody Bragg.
The score held up, until they scored again on a goal by Jason Kutney, his second of the season, from Leon Brown.
The hounds are now unbeaten in 5 of their last 6 and have won 2 out of their last 3. The win snaps the Harrisburg two game winning streak.
The hounds host the 4th place Cincinnati Kings(4-3-3) tomorrow night(7) at Falconi Field.
