Battery's Klein, Wilson on Team of the Week

The Charleston Battery landed a pair of players on the latest A-League Team of the Week for their work in Friday's 3-0 soccer victory over the Southeast Division rival Richmond Kickers.

Midfielder Steve Klein scored two second-half goals in the victory. They were the former Bowling Green State standout's first four points of his debut Battery season.

Defender John Wilson was excellent in the back. The former Clemson star from Seneca helped keeper Dusty Hudock to his fourth shutout of the season against the Kickers' strong attacking force.

The Battery's next game is 7:30 p.m. Saturday at home against the Pacific Division's El Paso Patriots at Blackbaud Stadium.
