Calgary Storm wishes to announce its May 10 game vs Seattle Sounders has been cancelled due to poor field conditions. City of Calgary officials felt the field conditions would not improve sufficiently prior to the Storm's opening game.
The new home opening game will be at 6:30 p.m. Monday May 12 at Foothills Park vs. Portland Timbers. This night is Ladies Night and all girls will receive entry for $ 5.00.
The" Battle With Seattle" game has been tentatively rescheduled to 2 p.m. Sunday June 22 at Foothills Park. Storm staff are semi-confident snow conditions will not prevail at that time!
