Calgary Storm Record A One-And-0ne Road Trip With Win In Cincinnati, Loss In Indiana

After a 1-0 win over the Cincinnati Riverhawks in the rain on Friday night, the Calgary Storm are now sitting with a 4-6-0 record with their 2-0 loss against the Indiana Blast on Saturday.

It was an intense meeting with a total of 19 fouls marked against Indiana and 12 recorded against Calgary.

Tommy Wheeldon Jr. sat out Saturday's game with injuries sustained in the match against Cincinnati on Friday. Sean Fraser, who was also injured on Saturday, subbed in for Nik Zuniga at the end of the first half. Wheeldon is expected to recover and be on the field in the next home game, June 14, against the Vancouver Whitecaps, which is being played in Saskatoon. This is a back-to-back with both teams returning to Calgary to play on Father's Day, June 15 at Foothills Park, 7:00 p.m.
