Eastern Conference

In the Northeast Division, Long Island has clinched 1st and 3rd in the conference. Rochester is second and Toronto is third.

In the Atlantic division, both Richmond and Charleston will finish first or second in the division and no worse than 2nd in the conference. Hershey will finish third in the division. Hampton Roads will get a conference wildcard spot.

The Atlantic division will take both of the conference wildcard slots.

Western Conference

In the Pacific Division, Seattle has clinched the division championship. Orange County was eliminated on the final day of their season.

In the Central Division, Minnesota will finish top of the division and conference. Milwaukee will finish 2nd in the division. Indiana is third and gets the #8 seed.

End-of-season standings tiebreakers will be applied in the following order:
1. Total wins in regular season games.
2. Head-to-head record based on total points in regular season games.
3. Head-to-head won/loss record in regular season games.
4. Total points within division (or conference). If number of games is unequal, then point percentage (the number of points earned out of the number possible (5) per game).
5. Ranking based on points earned against top four divisional (or conference) finishers. If number of games is unequal, then point percentage applies.
6. Goals scored in regular season games.
7. Goal-difference in regular season games.
8. Point percentage outside division (or conference) in league games.
9. Lottery conducted by USL at league office.
