The power rating uses the following factors:

Wins, ties (weighted more heavily for road wins or ties).
Record of the opponent
Goal differential (up to 3 goals, no bonus for running up the score)
Whether the win was in regulation or in overtime
Only matches that count in A-League standings are used
For win percentage, ties count as half a win
Strength of schedule is only for games that have been played
