Two victories this weekend could possibly jump the Pittsburgh Riverhounds (1-9-4 7-points) two spots in the United Soccer Leagues Second Division standings. The Hounds host two key matches at Chartiers Valley Stadium, just off of Interstate 79 in Bridgeville.
Saturday night, Pittsburgh hosts the Bermuda Hogges who enter the weekend in 8th place in the USL-2 standings with 3-8-2 record and 13-points. Sunday, the Hounds are again home to Crystal Palace Baltimore. CPB boasts a record of 7-4-1 with 22-points; good for 5th place in the loop.
Before Saturday night's game, Tony "Tosh" Farrell of the English Premier League Everton Football Club's Everton Youth Academy will conduct a special clinic for boys and girls 12 and under. Kids who purchase a ticket for Saturday night's game may participate. Visit www.riverhounds.com for complete details.
Both matches begin at 7:05 p.m. and will air live on both WPIT-AM (730) and on the MSA Sports Network at www.msasports.net.
