Eagles Host Richmond Saturday Night

The Charlotte Eagles will continue the 2009 season by playing host to the Richmond Kickers this Saturday, June 20 at Charlotte Christian school. The match will kick-off at 7 PM EST. The last meeting of the Kickers and Eagles ended in a 1-1 draw.

Charlotte comes into the match with a 3-4-2 record while Richmond will bring a 4-2-4 record into the contest. Richmond holds second place in the USL-2 standings. The Eagles are looking to get back to their winning ways on Saturday night!

Eagles General Manager Tom Engstrom noted "Richmond is a quality team. They are proving this year that they are not an easy team to beat. The league is extremely competitive from top to bottom this year. It is an important game for the Eagles looking to get back on track."


Individual game tickets can be purchased online at www.charlotteeagles.com, at the gate, or by contacting the Eagles Ticket Dept. at ticketsales@CharlotteEagles.com or (704) 841-8644 (ext. 20).

Tickets are $10 for adults and $7 for youth at the gate ($8 for adults and $5 for youth if purchased at www.charlotteeagles.com by midnight the day before the game).
