The Charlotte Eagles continue to battle through the 2009 season. The Eagles look forward to the Friday, June 26th showdown as they host the Harrisburg City Islanders, at Charlotte Christian school. The match will kick-off at 7 PM EST. In their last meeting, on May 22nd, the Eagles fell to Harrisburg 3-0.

As Harrisburg stands at the top of the table with a 7-2-1 record, the Eagles are working hard to better their 3-4-3 record for a place in the playoffs. With a couple of key changes to the line-up, the Eagles hope they have the key to a successful upset.

Eagles General Manager Tom Engstrom noted "Harrisburg is the team to beat this year. They are proving this year that they are not an easy team to beat. The league is extremely competitive from top to bottom this year. It is an important game for us, looking to get back on track to make the playoffs."

Tickets are $10 for adults and $7 for youth at the gate ($8 for adults and $5 for youth if purchased at www.charlotteeagles.com by midnight the day before the game).
